    Only @Maldesto or myself can fix this issue. I can see that you paid your renewal invoice on 13 May 2015 so I've set your VIP expiry date to 13 June 2015, we're sorry for the inconvenience!

    Did you manually tried to generate a renewal invoice because you still have a pending invoice that was created on 22 May 2015?
