Ok man just trying to help. Thought MM had to charge a small % for feedback as well

@@Bub I am sorry to inform you the rules of the Feedback system was changed you have to transact yourself either $1 or 1m just charge %1 thats what i did.....

This just states you can't make multiple feedbacks to same member on the same sale. The $1 or 1% is only for graphic sales as it says. Nothing here says you can't give or receive feedback for a free service.
