explanation: ordered 1-85 ranged with 15 prayer and avas quests done. Agreed to pay him 7m upfront, with supplies (that amounted to around a further 1m) and then 10m when it reached 50 ranged and 15 prayer with quests done. this was negotiated by myself mainly, he wanted the full payment up front at first... thank god I never. Anyway, left the payment on the account, he said he would begin in the morning. wake up, see a dispute thread and "trade with caution against him", log into the acc with the bank cleared standing in varrock bank.

Only really posting this as requested by Varc. Further evidence can be provided but i really do not have the time at the moment, and I can see there is another dispute already open against him. 

 

 

This is the second dispute against this user and he has not been online for nearly 24 hours now, looks to me like a definite scam quit. I've gone ahead and banned @SFM if he ever wished to return he must refund you both in full, i am very sorry for your loss.
