    Either a starter main I can train, something I could do barrows in, or just an overall well-leveled account. 

     

    Price range is around 40-50m, can spend less.

    Not looking for a straight up 70/70/70, it should have some quests/stats. Not asking for a quest cape or 99 range/mage but something to start would be nice
