How many post do you need or what privilege do you need to make a new topic on Accounts section?

Really a hundred? that seems a little excessive, tbh Was hoping to sell my level 30 OCE Diamond 5 boarder 510+ skin account for Rs gold :'( guess that'll never happen.

Yes sad tiemz for post count. But it's too keep away people from just joining forum, not giving a f, and scamming someone.
