If you have a dynamic IP open cmd enter command ipconfig/renew   ipconfig/release  ipconfig/flush

This should change your IP if it is dynamic

If your IP is a static IP and you are connected via modem, I can sell you proxies if you would like: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/71597-1-socks-5-proxy-shop-cheap-17m07gp325ea-paypal-100feedback-specials-inquire-insideservergeeks-4-all-your-botting-needs/

Let me know if this information helps you, if none above then you can try turning off your modem or clicking the icon usually at the top of the money to hard reset the setting, but then you would need to reconfigure your whole modem.

Google for a VPN there are loads of free ones out there with 30 day trials and such, if you do not wish to do that I linked you to my proxy shop above but usually you can get a pretty good VPN for a free 30 days without having to pay anything out of pocket.

1) Go to your url and type in "192.168.1.1" and hit enter. This will bring you to your routers admin panel.

2) The login information if you have never changed it should be "admin:password" or "admin:admin"

3) Once you're signed in, search around the settings for something that looks like this:

93f7da22fccd8d307ad152e84e502f5a.png

(Older models of routers may not have this in their settings but if your router is a year or two old it should have it.)

4) For example, the mac address will look something like this, "23:DD:Y4:60:QJ". Click the 'clone mac address'.

5) Change the "60" to something like "61" or 62".

6) Then click apply.

7) You will then be disconnected from the internet. Go to your modem and unplug the power cord from it and wait about 10 seconds and then plug it back in.

8) Go back to your computer and simply wait for your internet to kick in and your IP address should be different.

Pretty solid advice in here. Restarting your router should normally change your IP automatically if it is dynamic, I know for sure mine does. If you can't get it to change, socks5 proxies are your best bet.

Also if you legitimately believe you are flagged, make sure to change your hardwareID and clear all your cache folders for good measure.

google whatsmyip, write it down, unplug your router for 15mins, restart and visit whatsmyip again.

It should be changed now.
