I have botted successfully on OSRS for several days and have enough money to transfer off to my main.

According to the RS rules, it is fine to have multiple accounts and multi-log, and trade between them, but if any get banned all will.

 

How 'safe' is it to multi-log my main and bot account and trade between them? Should I retire a bot account once I transfer wealth off of it to be safe?

Just anti RWT put items in trades. 

 

It's pretty safe, chuck up a few random items in the trade each side for good measure. Generally you won't have a problem.
