Need help with extremely small client, cannot even start script :[

This is an issue I've seen before, typically with Windows 8. What is your screen resolution? Are you using two monitors?

I'm having the same problem with my Surface Pro 3.0. My other computer does not suffer from this. I am running the latest 64 bit Java as a runtime client. I wonder if the 32 bit client is necessary. Of course, the Surface Pro is running windblows 8.1
