Most important question - whats the pay.

 

Starting Pay:

 

Service Managers [Team Leader] - Starting Pay $6 Per Hour 

Farm Managers [Employee] - Starting Pay $5 Per Hour

Live Chat Agents {Employee] - Starting Pay $4 Per Hour 

 

These are starting pays there is room for advancements and bonuses.

Are live chat agents responsible for resolving disputes? Keep in mind that if someone has a problem, they usually go to the live chat service for quick help. They aren't always happy.. If the agent thinks the payment is low, I'm not sure if they would consider some disputes "worth it". Don't want that affecting your PR.

Off-topic: Your ~~~~ is stretching the page (at least it is on my phone). Mind shrinking them a bit?

Live chat agents are not required to handling any disputes, all claims and dispute chats are expected to be escalated to a higher chat which would be your shift team leader or a website administrator who are always on duty.
