Where would I go in the ACP to add stuff like this

Are you trying to enable the chat or the store or what?

search nav_app_forums in globaltemplate

then add a code below, or above depending on where in the navigation you want to place it but it should look like this

Having troubles locating this, I'm unable to find nav_app_forums, even when using the search bar. Could you perhaps assist me over TV/Skype screenshare? If you can my Skype is "live:xgate1996"  if not that's okay, appreciate the help either way. 

 

On another note could you help me with another problem

How do I get this for example    Not open in a new page? Currently mine is set up to open in a new page when clicked.

 

 

edit: was able to implement my first problem, had to do a little more digging but it was under nav_home

Honestly, start with the basics; because what is the point of creating a forum when you cannot even manage the software?

ACP isnt in the tabs its  either top right or left, and only visable when on a account with acp access premissions
