1. You may not log into the account during a service unless you have permission from the owner of the service, doing so will result in the termination of the service with NO Refund.
2. You MUST NOT change the details of the account until the service has been completed, doing so will result in a void service with NO Refund.
3. If there are any items required for the service, it is between you and the service owner to come to an agreement on who covers them
4. You MUST change your password after the service is completed
5. If you have any substantial wealth on the account, it is your responsibility to protect it (Either Bank Pin/Transfer Trade)
6. Once the service is complete you must leave Feedback for the relevant parties involved
7. You MUST Post on the service thread to acknowledge their individual T.O.S and start the service

8. If the Service is requested to be done legit, any T.O.S related to bans/mutes become obsolete (Unless evidence can be provided of prior botting)

9. If you purchase a botting powerleveling service and your account is banned before the service is complete, we will refund the price of your order, but will not provide any compensation for your account, or membership.

10. We are not responsible for any mutes that may occur.

11. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

12. You will pay first, or agree to use a mutually agreed upon middle man if fees are charged, you will cover them. No exceptions.

13. You may request to pay with an order with PayPal, and we may accept or deny your request at our discretion.

14. If your account has a bank pin, you will be required to provide it if requested.

15. If a Firecape is attempted and failed, you will be refunded the service cost. Supplies will not be refunded.

16. You agree you will have all levels and pre-quests on the account for questing and mini-questing, else a refund will be given.

17. You agree to give us more than 500k if requested for items while clue scrolling, or you will buy the items required within 24 hours.

18. If you log in during a Fire Cape service and die, your order will be considered complete.
