Hi, quick question:

 

Will the use of proxies result in my account getting locked due to the switch of IP's? this has happened earlier (not with proxies but with bought accounts) and I don't want to end up with a locked account..

No it shouldn't, just wait about 10 minutes before logging in again after turning the proxy on

No it shouldn't or I've never heard many reports about it loads of people log onto runescape daily with VPN, proxies and VPS's I believe the only way your account will be locked is if someone reports the account as lost or stolen then jagex will lock the account.
