I've noticed the client not dismissing random events, i definitely have the dismiss random events option ticked

    I don't think this is the devs priority atm, as if you ignore them they dissapear anyway.

    You should see the fishing spots in karamja, when someone lets a random event stay for too long there will be atleast 5 people shouting B00000TTTTT BOOTOTTT B0TTT

    Big amounts of reports do get you banned, so yes.
