Coding pixels yes, but it was his job and he was making quite good money. He'll never get another job in the games industry ever again. Something saying like: "By signing this, I will never give out any confidential information about Jagex and stuffs. If I do give away confidential information, Jagex can fine me for an unreasonably high amount of $$$" Not in these words, but you get my point To make sure that in these cases all information about bot detection isn't lying on the streets.
