FrankWhite Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Nice! i started my journey 6 months ago, was 113kg overweight, atm 75kg with no muscle since im only doing cardio . Aiming for 68-70kg before i start lifting and building the muscle. GL
