May 7, 201510 yr Nice! i started my journey 6 months ago, was 113kg overweight, atm 75kg with no muscle since im only doing cardio . Aiming for 68-70kg before i start lifting and building the muscle. GL
May 7, 201510 yr Author I have big belly, that's why I'm 73kg@178cm, I just started to don't eat candies/coca cola/burgers etc, also a lot of cardio and will be ~65 in 2 months I hope
