False spamming for postcount warning point

I'm new, so I was just commenting on all the new gfx that I haven't seen before. I figured I was just being nice giving the authors positive feedback. It's ridiculous that I'm being punished for this. Apparently there's a limit to how much you can post in one forum? Why is this not in the rules?
