I Bought APA Rock crabs yesterday and now it says i have to purchase again

Like the title says, i bought APA rock crabs yesterday and it was fine then today when the servers came back on it had come off my scripts and i went on the website and it said buy now for 4.99 like i haven't already purchased it, i still have the email receipt etc.. could really do with it sorting. someone help please.

servers crashed and they had to backup to a point probably prior to your purchase. just message maldesto your PP email + what script you bought and he will take care of it
