Random Events

Are random events working for anyone? My currently does not acknowledge any random event.

Also when I check dismiss all randoms under the account settings it does not save and I often come back to it being unchecked. I did notice it says random event solvers are under construction. Does this mean that random events can't be dismissed right now?
