no quest requirements right?

I can't promise that, you'll have to see for yourself, having no quest requirements limits the possibilities. I can assure you that none of the locations will be in the wilderness though.

    This is not a mass gathering, the risk is at a minimum, in addition to that participating in this event is not even directly involved with botting. There were no bans at all when I hosted the event the first time.

    No sorry, you need to be member. I tried to find good locations for f2p at first but the Runescape world for f2p is just too small which makes it way too easy.
