Reasons why I don't have a better computer is:

 

1. My parents won't pay for college for me.

 

2. I have to pay for electricity bills and phone bills.

 

3. I am saving for a car and $350 went into driving lessons..

if you somehow want to get a new computer, build it, its much more worth it than buying a pre built one. you ll end up having better specs and save a ton of money!

OSRS doesn't require that much resource. Remember that back in 07 his computer was possibly not outdated.
