[2.3.59] Bot does not attempt to reconnect during DC

OSBot version number: 2.3.59

Description of the bug/error: Instead of continuing to try and reconnect (As Alek said here that is does), It only tries to reconnect 3 times in back to back, then gives up. It should retry every 5 minutes after that, even Alek thinks so.

Instructions how to replicate the bug/error: Start a script, then disconnect your computer from the LAN. I got a screenshot of this below.

If this could be fixed thanks so much ^^ It's appreciated. (Also no, there isn't a single "stop()" in the script.)
