if i logged in with my main account ,but didnt launch anybot ?? 

I've seen several bans based on just logging in thu a non-legal 3rd party client, so yes.

It is possible, but I think you will be fine. However if you just are going to play legit, then I wouldn't recommend it :)

i think they only can flag ur ip, so try using a proxy of VPS
