when i put my proxy user pass port etc

I would suggest contacting the one you bought the proxy from, it should be working.

make sure its a socks4/5/6 , and if it is & all info is correct it's just dead

Hello,

You must use IP Authentication. You must add your real IP in our dashboard panel.

Please login in your Proxy-N-Vpn account and from here go to SERVICES --- MY PROXIES. From here you can download your proxy and also you can set up the Authentication.
