You MUST NOT get prayer apart from the 11 prayer that is from quest reward.

 

No defence xp.

 

No unnecessary quests.

 

You can have up to 1 week to complete everything.

I could possibly do this but there are a few things I am curious about.

1. You need 40 range for temple of ikov, how are we to get it? Are you providing a cannon and cballs so I can quickly get it to 40 at rock crabs?

2. 20 smithing that's needed for tourist trap could easily be gotten  through doric's quest+knights sword, but the question is are you are ok with those quests being done even though while not needed for desert treasure it's probably the fastest way to the needed smithing level?
