In that case I would make my own fresh lvl 3 to max (safer, worth more if I would sell it in future)

Probably so mate, all you need is full guthans/fury/zerker ring and you're good to go pretty much once 70/70/70 15kexp in all 3 shared an hour, what is it 23 hours you can be logged in for now also?
