when starting bot, coal bag is in inv. have started with it in bank, empty, full, restarted the script, not sure what else to do.

Restart mirror, make sure you don't login before the mirror client is hooked
Have you tried to close the bag? (if it's open)

Ok awesome! Sometimes the cleints act a little bit weird, especially mirror mode.
Restarting should do the trick in that case

Banns are not really a reason for refunds though ... Banns are the repsonsibility of the user
Use more breaks, mirror mode, so many optins decrease bann rates

Well banns depends on what typ of account you have, mirorr mode decreases bann rate a lot
Breaks even more, I can already tell you didn't take enough breaks.
tons of small breaks > 1 big break

It's all about finding the right settings, I bot my main every day and it's just fine.

Refunds can be asked if the script core features are broken and you are enable to use it.

Using mirror mode the script seems extremely slow, waiting multiple seconds between each action. Look at this 15 minute progress, is this normal or quite low? Seems low to me?

edit: with injection i'm getting 3x this, but would rather be using mirror

Found another bug, let it run for a couple inventories, come back and its somehow upstairs. Not sure how it got there but it couldn't figure out how to get back down.
