I have heard and read that you don't need to have a bank account/credit card to send/receive money on Skrill, is this true ?

And yes, if you get funds from your friends, etc. you can send them without adding your CC/bank acount

I use skrill because fuck paypal. I don't remember ever having to add a cc or my bank. I do have them linked though.
