The original owner told me personally he quit runescape 2 years ago, and has reset all the recovery information. I can not confirm if he will recover or not. That is a risk you take on all accounts.

Yeah i think he is asking for too much considering that one of the previus owners has recoverd it in the past. If it didnt have the sketchy history i would have thrown 150m for this account.
