You realise the accounts need to be paid $50+ to be able to play on them due to being negative JCoins. The one I received has -1000 and needs to be paid $100

Not saying you're going to do this, but it is possible that a stolen credit card/someone else's phone was used to pay for the membership. When the person that unknowingly paid for the membership charged back, the accounts were credited - J coins. He could be doing this to try to get free membership. Not saying you will, but be careful and make sure you're in control of the account before removing the j coins.
