I assume what you're asking is if the script needs to take a break and it happens to be running to the obelisk, possibly under attack, will it take a break properly. As of now I do not believe so, it does not have any functionality to check for that condition. I'll add this next week after my finals though.

That is indeed what I meant. However alot of scripts on here don't even break when they are out of combat so I'll assume this one does :) Would be great indeed if you could make it wait till it's out of combat (if it is) whenever it need to break so it won't miss any breaks, then I'll consider buying this.

Will do, I have the method implemented in my chaos druid script already so it should be rather easy to add it to this one.

Will be adding a system to handle breaks within the next week.

Pushed an update that will cause the script to head to the bank and stay there if a break is coming within several minutes. This should prevent breaks not occurring or the break manager messing up if it tries to take a break when walking to the obelisk and being under attack.

As an Ironman I'm wondering if this script would be friendly to me?
May I use the normal spellbook teleports, like teleporting to varrock?

It does not support that at this time. I'll add it when I get some free time though!
