Maxed main locked for using VPN for PID Staking?

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I've been trying to get PID on my VPN and have switched over maybe 20-30 countries and IP's frequently today and now I notice my account has been locked... Am I going to get it back? I'm the original owner and have all details and have sent it in... Wtf I'm so pissed I wanted to sell this level 122 and the 60M ive made from staking today....

PID isn't based off of your IP anymore. -facepalm-

What is a PID?

OP: Yes, if it is locked due to IP changes and you are the original owner, you should get it back!

PID: Player identification number.

When the server processes players, it goes through them each in turn. If you are first in the list, you get processed first. In early versions of Classic, you always got put at the end of the list (if I remember rightly), so if you stayed logged in you would end up at the beginning of the list eventually. Being processed first meant you could catch up with people more easily when following them, which gave an advantage particularly in the wilderness with PVP. A low PID means you were at the beginning of the list, high PIDs were at the end.

This is no longer true, as you are now placed in a random place in the list and everyone else is shuffled up, so you don’t retain the same PID throughout your session. This makes things much fairer.

TL;DR The values that define which player is going to get the first reponse, therefore the first action by the game, such as first hit in staking. :P

Just unlock it from your original IP and not a VPN, then it shouldn't be a problem to get it back.
