not 60, 40-55 i advice, and not demon host, demon host is to gain lots of points, aka money(not anymore since the freakin ge crashed everything), but guthans host are weaker monsters therefore longer afk 

 

you need decent defence for 6h afk tho, i got 80 and it seems that i can afk for 6 hours

I didnt read it all so im not sure if anyone already suggested it, but bandits would work well with your stats

No you dont lol, just use sharks. your def is high enough for trips to last a very long time if ur using def pots or super combat
