There are so many workouts for legs. So what exactly are you looking for? My usual leg day routine is: Squats Dead lifts Calf raises/over head barbell squat (that's just what I call it) then calf raises in squat stance. <--- Super set those. Ham string curls Standing calf raises. Quad extension. Sometimes throw leg press in. Usually pyramid those.

I workout regularly, just never really got into legs too much. But I need to now as I am become much bigger uptop.. ;) lol

I do that every week sometimes twice and I just can't get mass on my legs Legs are much stronger just can't get bigger!
