Anybody work out?

Squat, squuuaat, SQUUUAAAAT!

 

But really depends what you want. Power? Fast twitch muscle? Speed? Strength and size?

There are so many workouts for legs.

 

So what exactly are you looking for?

 

 

My usual leg day routine is:

Squats

Dead lifts

Calf raises/over head barbell squat (that's just what I call it) then calf raises in squat stance. <--- Super set those.

Ham string curls

Standing calf raises.

Quad extension.

 

Sometimes throw leg press in. Usually pyramid those.

Best answer yet.. Thanks. I'll try it and keep you updated. I workout regularly, just never really got into legs too much. But I need to now as I am become much bigger uptop.. ;) lol

Good luck man, putting mass on your legs is hard to do. I do that every week sometimes twice and I just can't get mass on my legs :/ Legs are much stronger just can't get bigger!
