what's the best item to alch to get money back? so i lose the least amount of gp

Air Battle Staffs you only loose like 20ish gp. but you need alot of $ to buy alot cuz they are around 9kea

I think green dhide bodies are only 40 gp loss but they require lots of money too

I always alched the bows that I strung.... not sure if thats good. Probably not
