Can't seem to connect to the cb. Any ideas why?

For the past 5 days or so this screen has been appearing and i have been unable to actually speak or see any of the chat in the chat box. http://gyazo.com/8b994f9d02ce76610dacfa4778c669a8

 

Does anybody have any ideas of what might of caused this?I have re installed adobe flash as advised by Oliver but it doesn't seem to be working. Somebody help i miss my babies in there sad.png

Could be your net , tried clearing cache/cookiez ?

Try it , a guy had this exact problem some time ago but i cant remem how he fixed it xD
