Trustmybet
There's too much risk and not enough reward to allow account rentals. I'm all for free market, however strict rules would have to be put in place in order to offer it in any market. The administration would have to say that some things regarding account rentals simply can't be disputed. For example: Indisputables: Items on the account that weren't being used (or granted access via the owner of said account) cannot be disputed. Offenses obtained during the account rental other than a macroing/bot offense cannot be disputed. Cautions: ALWAYS take pictures of the last IP on the account (if you're the one with the lent account) Carefully read the ToS regarding that specific loaner Only lend to trusted users to limit risk Etc If there are macroing/bot offenses, that would be under the buyer's fault tbh. Last ip to be on there. Could be flagged or botted on and not a virgin ip. The person who lends account is at risk BUT with great money and good market reputation. It's a great way to start off a good rep in my opinion. If there are disputes, having a good moderator specialized in the market should be able to handle this fine. Or atleast I would.. lol Edited February 3, 2015 by Trustmybet

The fault could be either party's despite traditionally we'd think otherwise. But having indisputable evidence as to who was on the account last when the offense occurred is always a plus. It's really hazy.
