Post the amount of RAM your allocating and the amount of RAM you have available on your pc...

i allocate 2068mb of ram

i have 8gb

Also this problem only happens when running Dreamminer!
all other scripts ive tried up to 5+

DreamMiner may use a lot of resources and hence the CPU drain. Contact the script writer to see if you can get the issue resolved, closing this as it's not client related ^_^
