Why it should be removed: Don't think it's punishable to refuse service to somebody you don't want to trade with e.g not agreeing on a price/terms and then getting neutral feedbacked. Also, no trade was actually conducted.

Details:Basically came on live chat, had some type of argument with muffy, muffy didn't want to sell him a bond, and he left a neutral feedback because muffy didn't want to deal with him.
