When I bought VIP it said that the price was monthly

 

Don't know if they mean that that's the price you pay each month or not...

Does this mean that my paypal will be charged monthly? If so, how do I stop this?

It is a monthly payment, but I'm not to sure on how you stop it, I know it's done by logging into your PayPal and looking at subscriptions/payments or something.

If you got credit left on your PayPal they will charge it. It's worth it tho!

You can make it charge for one month of VIP. Just go to PayPal and cancel the recurring subscription.
