Bulk commodities, botables and secondary sector items will crash much harder than rare PVM drops, non-botables and primary sector items. That's what happened in RS3 at least. From a botter / automated goldfarmer perspective the GE is a really bad thing. You'll sell your stuff more easily, but the price of that convenience is going to be really high and just not worth it.
