So where is my vip?

So my vip ended today but i have paid automatic from paypal, and why i dont get my vip back? same whit my premium script.. i have paid for it like a week ago but its still pending. wtf?

not possible, i have money and its already paid.. but i dont have vip or script but it says that its paid
