Explanation:

I am a rank/bettor in the staking FC Stakings301 (also known as King Of W301). one day i went to duel arena to do a yolo on an old host names R3 (he is a general in the fc) so i traded him 850m and he went to stake it and got a stake vs Martians which is a X staker. so we did 850m for 600m and won, so i traded R3 to get my payment, but after accepting the 1st trade screen he just waited and after 1-3mins he declined and turned stream off and ran away/logged with my cash and sold it.

Judging from the IP that Skype uses it's linked to @Shicky, therefore he has been notified of this dispute and has been placed in TWC.
