Might be your motherboard's peak RAM frequency limiting it.

The motherboard supports frequencies up to 2133MHz.

OP, you should have a look in the BIOS and manually set your RAM.

Check out this video:

note that your BIOS will probably look like this:

Oops, my bad.

Didn't notice that the mobo model was on there as well.

Your RAM is probably operating correct, it's an error in Speccy that makes it detect/read your RAM incorrectly.

Mine is only listed as 666 Mhz.

if it shows 8GB when you have 16GB then your ram slots are defect

Matey, he's talking about frequency and not amount.

Speccy is not reading incorrectly, that's the frequency of your RAM.

Something you need to remember is that DDR = Double Data Rate, so double whatever Speccy tells you for RAM and it will tell you the operating frequency.

You're perfectly fine, it says 800Mhz because your RAM is 1600MHz (800*2=1600).

Depends what your temperatures are like when you're stressing it, though I will note, your CPU is not running at 17 degrees.

Their temperature probes are more accurate the hotter they get, fml.

Anything below 30 is pretty much inaccurate.
