If you Are paying in GBP it will be £15.96 either of them currencys i do not mind but it has to be via Skrill and no Paypal due to charge-backs.     Well, to me it sounds like it will, considering the fact that if I would charge back they can see the note and deny the attempt?

    PayPal do not cover virtual goods.

     

    So are you telling me that you can't charge back any money for virtual goods, correct? If so then I cannot charge back which will result in no scamming?

    I'm stating that you can charge back, PayPal can have anything charged back, just when it comes to real life stuff say you bought a product off Ebay, they ask you to sign for it and shipping details etc, whilst with virtual stuff (such as RSGP) you cannot.
