Let's say I wanted to open up a thread in which I borrow x amount of RS3 money for y amount of days and return it with a z% increase on top of the initial investment. Would this be allowed here?

@OP: just buy the gp with irl $. That way you bypass "investors" and their interests and perhaps even make a few extra dollars if you buy and sell the gp at interesting rates.
