Fay Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 (edited) New account before getting proxy? No. Buy proxy, make new account through the proxy and go from there. If you log in with that lvl 30 or any other account that has logged in where a flagged one logged in, that proxy will be flagged. Answer to all of 3: - Buy a proxy, get a different IP and try again - Jagex will never stop banning, you should try other methods/ways of botting.
