As for tips- i'd suggest keeping sessions short, using generous breaks, and playing legitimately between sessions. The best way to avoid bans is to bot cautiously and keep an eye on the script while it's running :)

    Hi Apa! Sorry to bother you again but I had some irl stuff come up and didn't actually get to try the script during the trial - is there any way I could get a reauth please?
