It looks like the trial request was rejected server side as you've already had a trial with the expiry timestamp 2017-10-09 08:04:14 UTC

Normally I only allow one trial per user, but as this was so long ago (and the script has probably changed since), i've gone ahead and started a fresh trial on your account.
