Looking to purchase a account there wondering if its safe or not.

trash dont waste your time. Most of the accounts get recovered and you have a slim chance of a refund.

I went on PA not too long ago, waayy over priced.

i have no idea if its safe or not i would say try it

Bought an account from there , got it maxed out the second my Warrenty wore off he recovered the acc back and I didn't get any money back , wouldn't reccomend

Because it is assumed safer. But I agree, risky and OP.

Don't use it, terrible customer support.
