Explanation: He has sent 4 payments for 07 gold via paypal and has now refunded 3. he also purchased on other offsites. Im guessing the 4th on is going to be disputed shortly as well.

I have taken the liberty to edit out the evidence in the original post since it contained some personal information. I posted it in a hidden post so staff members will still be able to view it. I've also notified the user and placed him into the TWC usergroup, he has 24 hours to reply.

Thank you. I have lost about 120 dollars to this guy. 

The user has been banned due to failure to respond within the allotted time period, if he wishes to return he will need to refund you.
